Jim-
Great info, thanks!
What is the scoop on the ‘fire house’? Was it in an earlier video and was there a fire there or something else?

FML. Note to the green shoots people: California within 10 miles of the ocean still has to fall 60% before it’s affordable for families with healthy six figure incomes.

Jim, been following your videos for nearly a year now. The unraveling of events is just so eerie… it’s like looking at a a great empire disintegrating from within. Keep up the good work and greetings from Scandinavia, Finland.

Jim, I live in MA but love your work. Nothing captures the age of excess more than your videos and commentary.

Yes, we’re wondering how many more houses will be coming to market, and these that have received foreclosure notices but aren’t listed are just waiting out the inevitable.

AT 0:48, half a million underwater. Heck, they don’t care. Tap the home equity to live High on the HELOC. That’s what it was all about. But those loans have recourse. I hope they get hounded for the rest of their living days.
