Produce the Note – Fighting Foreclosure – CNN
November 29, 2009
consumerwarningnet asked:
Facing foreclosure? Info at www.consumerwarningnetwork.com may help. Your goal is to make certain the institution suing you is, in fact, the owner of the note. There is only one original note for your mortgage that has your signature on it. One such case is profiled on CNN’s Your Money.

All foreclosures are based on Fraud. The bank didnt loan you any money. The promissory note is a check. They deposited it into your escrow account, funded the account and paid the seller with the ‘money’ they created from thin air but they didn’t give you a deposit slip showing the deposit. There are plenty of sites to explain this but this one won’t let me put a Url up so search it out.

Hello consumerwarningnet
I have to admit I am very impressed with the quality of your videos here on youtube.
They are certainly a pleasure to watch as I do enjoy them.
I am sure there is many others who also feel the same about your videos.

Hey I did that. I was one of the pioneers in the “produce the note” technology here in La Crosse Wisconsin and the judge, Dale Passell (aka bench pirate reptilian Saturn worshipping lawyer in a black dress) kept saying: “Duly noted.” Crook! I didn’t abandon my home. I was forcibly extracted on June 28, 2007 when a 30 man SWAT team from the local Gestap, I mean, Sheriff’s Department broke in and hauled me out in shackles. Anyone know how to get one’s house back after it’s been seized?
by cmptrwhiz on December 9, 2009 at 4:48 pm
What happens when you are in court, propose this to the judge and she still rules in favor of the bank? I was told in court that asking them to produce a note was not enough to stop her from lifting the automatic stay.
Advise…

Because the bank lends credit, not money, and this is illegal and upheld by NUMEROUS court cases. You don’t have to pay back a dime on a mortgage or loan, but you DO need to know the law, and how to use it.

Granted, but it was flaming liberal concepts such as a central bank, regulations, and fiat currency that got us into this mess to begin with. Then again, I suppose it’s not very liberal, as the idea of freedom and sound money was a liberal concept in 1776.

It is sad what is happening to home prices and income levels.

I’d REALLY love to know how many people who screamed “get a job” or “it’s your fault” or some other winning little blurb are now unloading their houses as the armed guards look on. Next market to collapse is commercial real estate…and then hotels. Ladies and gentlemen as a flaming liberal who advised American dreamers to dump their homes in 2006…and I was called a tree-hugging Euro-faggot….I have made almost 7 million dollars watching your markets collapse. Can’t you guys read?

Just think about it. If a private person lent someone money and the borrower did not pay, could the private person take the borrower to court and win the judgement without the paperwork? of course not!
Then why should a bank be any different?
I highly recommend fighting your case so you can negotiate a better interest rate for yourself on your mortgage to save your home. The banks are getting their money free from us anyway.

Some are just too far gone and cant change. but a person of a good mind may prove otherwise.

People will not respond when they are completely brainwashed with entertainment of some sort + they have to keep supplying enough money to survive to. These people you speak about are product of a system. Without this system you wouldn’t see so many of them. So its ironic people want them to stand up to their government. Sure government ***** in a lot of ways, but without big government and big corporations you probably would not have had all these dumb people. You cant change them.

“If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation then by deflation, the banks and the corporations will grow up around them, will deprive the people of all property until their children wake up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered. The issuing power should be taken from the banks and restored to the people, to whom it properly belongs.” – Thomas Jefferson
Its the American peoples fault for not standing up to their GOV

so many people foreclose without realising they have other options. In many cases refinancing can save not just your home but also your credit rating and your self respect.

is not affiliated with a broker or lender. It’s an information and education resource to help people avoid foreclosure.

scata99, the point is the banks are unorganized… so whos fault is it really? The banks are greedy crooks, the little guy gets assraped, why not help the little guy out? Thats what greg hunter is doing. Obviously CNN isn’t bought out by banks or they wouldnt post this on here.

Why not ‘run’ on these banks in order to deter them from evicting people? If people were organized into groups, they could turn the table on the banks. Please watch my video on the idea. Thanks.
by antiforeclosurearmy on January 10, 2010 at 6:56 am
We could magically destroy money too, if we wanted to. The banks have a critical weakness, they are afraid of ‘runs’ on their banking system. If we protested them this way, who knows what we could accomplish. Watch my video fto see the idea.
