its a teevee show, it obviously would have many phony parts to it. Who would be dumb enough to invest with him?

These episodes are no longer aired.

LOL this is Hilarious! A&E needs a new fact checking department and the audience needs to know that flipping isn’t easy nor as profitable as it’s made out to be.

Shit like this gives true real estate investors a bad name. Don’t let a few bad apples ruin the business…

You mean REALITY TV doesn’t equal REAL TV??? Unbelievable. Flipping houses can make for good tv though, it’s so easy everyone should be doing it!

For the Bush Presidency the department of Consumer Affairs was a serious road block. So after 911 occurred, the Bush people ever so carefully shut it off right under our noses. And not one of us even noticed it was gone. All of America got blind-sighted by terrorism.Consumer Affairs protected all of us by shutting down businesses that ripped people off. The housing crisis is a direct result of the banks giving American consumers a bad deal.

It’s a TV show. What do you think? Of course it’s fake. People are idiots.

This is what happens when rookies get into the real estate business….I laugh when I hear of people getting taken under the guise of making quick money…Earning money takes real work not schemes.

We ceased being a great nation when we stopped making things and started flipping houses.

Feldman Law Center. They are a scam!

Feldman Law Center is a scam. Steven Craig Feldman has a very bad record. Check out his law record with the California State Bar. Also, compair his record to good laywers. His license has been suspended for reasons that demonstrate he is a deadbeat and irresponsible. You can not trust this snake!

I’m going to guess that all of these sleazy people are all staging their episodes. Especially the ones in California.
